What temperature should you cook your vegan meat too? According to the USDA, the same temps as real meat? According to the package instructions 165º and according to multiple articles and chefs, 130º f
So I wanted to give it a try, what temp should I cook my vegan meat too.
I tested Vegan chicken, vegan steak, and vegan burgers.
Now this is all based on my opinion, raw or uncooked food might not always be the best way to eat it. Use your best judgment when cooking!
