I Tried Tabitha Brown’s VEGAN Mac ’N’ Cheese after watching Merle O’Neal and I have to say this is THE CHEESIEST Vegan Mac and Cheese recipe I have ever tried. I don’t think there is a cheesier one… this could be entered into a Mac and cheese competition and win in my opinion it’s that good!

I recently got done watching The Bear and even though the show was 50/50 for me as far as episodes I liked vs disliked there was a few that really stood out.. No one would KNOW this Nacho Cheese was VEGAN… I recently tried the NEW Taco Bell Vegan Crunchwrap and it was pretty good (for Taco Bell) but the part everyone was commenting on was the vegan cheese. It was pretty good vegan cheese, they really got pretty close to the dairy based cheese, I don’t think anyone would even know. So I whipped up a quick nacho cheese recipe based on what Im guessing Taco Bell did and I think I got pretty dang close!

Also it’s nut free vegan cheese!

The Best Cheese Steak is actually Carrots… and it’s REALLY REALLY Good!! I’ve made vegan carrot meat in the past and it came out fantastic so I wanted to try it again after I got this new peeler that I thought would help add some texture. It really didn’t matter much, but I still got a great vegan steak and cheese sandwich… but out of carrots!! And I can’t wait to show you this cheese!

The BEST Chopped Cheese is VEGAN… Now I know this statement is going to get a lot of dislikes, but to me…. it’s my opinion. I think that a meat free, dairy free sandwich that has a LOT of the same qualities as a beef and cheese sandwich is going to be better, actually the best! This chopped cheese sandwich is made entirely out of potato and it’s REALLY good!
