Not very many many recipes can still come out good if you over cook them, or BURN them, but burt pasta has a special flavor that comes from toasting the starches of the pasta itself and by burning and caramelizing the sugars in the tomato sauce on top of that you are adding in special kick with some chili peppers for a really unique dish. This is Spaghetti all’assassina or burnt spaghetti and its really special!

No ONE would Know the SHRIMP is a CASHEW… I recently have been eating a LOT of cashews lately and after I recently made some cashew cheese It dawned on me how soft and pliable cashews can get… I thought that would be a perfect shrimp texture… SO I ran with it and I am so glad I did because this came out incredible. This vegan shrimp from cashews is almost indistinguishable from real shrimp… except being a bit more firm.. haha
This was my first attempt with no testing beyond what you see here, so if you have any ideas on how to make the vegan shrimp better make sure to let me know… Im thinking about maybe boiling them? Thoughts?

One can of Chickpeas will change how you think about CHEESE! I was in the mood for an Arby’s Beef and Cheddar like sandwich, I didn’t have any good vegan cheese around the house so I figured I would make a really quick cheese sauce.
Normally I would make it out of something like cashews, but you work with what you got and I had a bunch of cans of chickpeas.
This comes out super creamy, super cheesy… its a perfect vegan cheese sauce that can be used for sooo many different things!

I’ve been really interested in reading about athletes diets considering they are commonly doing a lot of research and have a lot invested in staying healthy and fit. I recently have been eating a LOT of apples lately and after the video where I was testing different methods to make crispy potatoes, it dawned on me that we could use the pectin in apples to make a fish texture.. SO I ran with it and I am so glad I did because this came out incredible. This vegan fish from apples is almost indistinguishable from real raw tuna!
